Use permission

I am the artist named below. I am giving PUPIL permission to use the track named below as the soundtrack to one or more short videos, and to post those videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Bluesky and pupil.press.

1. Non-exclusive. I keep all rights in the recording and the song and can license them to anyone else.
2. No fee. PUPIL pays nothing and I take no revenue share.
3. Term. The videos can stay online for as long as PUPIL keeps them up, including after the track is released, distributed or licensed to anyone else.
4. Credit. PUPIL will credit me in each video's caption or description as: "Music: [artist name], [track title]".
5. Ownership. I own or control both the recording and the song. Anyone else who owns part of it (co-writers, producers, featured artists, labels, publishers) has agreed to this use or has signed below. The track contains no uncleared samples, and the vocals are not an AI imitation of another person's voice.
6. Claims. If the track is, or later becomes, distributed, I will ask my distributor to allowlist PUPIL's channels (listed in the acceptance email), will release any claim made against a PUPIL video, and will not ask for the video to be removed on that basis.
7. Editing. PUPIL may trim the track to fit a video. PUPIL will not remix or change the song.
8. Stopping. I can ask PUPIL in writing to stop making new videos with my track. Videos already posted can stay up. PUPIL may take a video down at any time.
